Denholm Seafoods processes pelagic fish caught from sustainable fisheries by our local fishing partners in the rich waters of the North East Atlantic. We produce a wide range of high quality pelagic fish products, which are then delivered fresh or frozen to our customers in the UK and worldwide.
Denholm Seafoods is owned and operated by the Denholm Group along with our partners, the Tait and Bellany families. The fish that is processed in our factory comes predominantly from the vessels owned by our partners, who own four modern pelagic trawlers and collectively are major quota-holders of pelagic fish species in Scotland.
From boat to port, through processing and onward delivery, we do all that we can to ensure consistently high quality fish to our customers - with full traceability.
